We are looking for a team to work our rotation run. You will run a different run every week, but you will always know your schedule for at least 6 weeks out. You will rotate between our 6 dedicated lanes and our one unassigned/open board lane. You will run one week of unassigned/open board and then you will run each one of our 6 dedicated lanes over the next 6 weeks and then repeat.
We pay .81 cents per mile split for all team drivers. Our dedicated lanes average 5000 miles per week. You will average $2000 per week per driver depending on the lane that week.
If you are an active FedEx qualified driver, you will receive a $750 sign on bonus after only one week!
We have all new and updated equipment, 2025 and 2026 tractors.
This is for TEAM drivers only. We do not have any solo runs.
You will be assigned the dedicated lane once the one unassigned lane we have becomes a dedicated!
We can match you with a co-driver if you are a solo looking to run team. We have been with FedEx for 25 years, with teams at several FedEx Ground locations nationwide.
You must have at least 1 verifiable year of CDL-A driving experience in the last 3 years. You must also have a Doubles Endorsement by time of hire.
You must have a good driving record and be able to pass all DOT required job requirements, including a DOT drug screening.
No felony convictions and a solid work history is also required.
