Industrial Oil Refinery Setting
Advance Cleaning Contractors is hiring dependable, physically capable individuals for seasonal grounds maintenance at a heavy industrial facility.
This is not residential lawncare.
This is a structured, safety-driven refinery environment.
💵 Pay
$20 per hour
40+ hours per week
Overtime required at times
🕖 Schedule
Monday – Thursday
Start time: 7:00 AM
Long weekends most weeks
⚠️ Work Environment
This is a very harsh industrial environment:
High heat during summer months
Full PPE required at all times
Steel-toe boots
Hard hat
Safety glasses
Hearing protection
High-visibility clothing
Clean-shaven face required (respirator compliance)
You will be working outdoors in heat, humidity, and around active industrial operations.
🔒 Requirements
Drug screen required
Background check required
Must meet refinery safety standards
Reliable transportation
Physically able to work in extreme heat
Comfortable wearing PPE for full shifts
