We are The Whitehurst Company, a locally owned and operated real estate management company founded in 1983.
Our objective in placing this ad is to reduce our dependence on outside contractors who provide services to us at our various housing developments.
Specifically, we are looking for persons who have experience in grounds clean up, trimming, pruning, mulching, ect. Pay rate is negotiable for proven performers.
Work days are M-F 8:30-5. Few if any weekends. 15 +/- paid holidays, vacation pay, tool, clothing, and boot allowances after 90 days. Our 401k plan matches at 4%.
