Personal room is 7 1/2 ft wide and 10-12 foot in length. There is also a closet that is 3 1/2 foot wide and a little over 7 feet in length.
Clean Place and quiet. Living Room, Bath and Kitchen are Common Areas.
Rent is $450 per month with a $450 security deposit, rent is due on the 1st of each month and rent includes all utilities, Gas, Water, Electric, and even Security Camera access and Internet is included.
The apartment is a lower duplex setting and the neighborhood is clean and quiet. I do have 3 cats so you must be tolerable of cats. The place does not smell of cats, I keep up with litter box cleaning daily, vacuuming and general cleaning. Your room is off-limits to the cats and is your own space.
I am a 50yr old man and I live by myself with the exception of my 3 cats. Im a computer tech and I do projects that last a month or two then I am off work for a while and this is why I am looking for a roommate to help out with the bills. I am an easy person to live with, mainly keep to my bedroom. I do rent the apartment so this would be a sub-lease situation and this is a month to month lease. If something happens, I will give 30 days notice to move and I would expect that if you want to move you would extend the courtesy of giving me a months notice.
All I ask is that you clean up after yourself and do your dishes. Feed yourself and a division of cupboards and refrigerator can be accomplished to split personal food stuffs. I DO NOT PROVIDE FOOD!! Appliances include a Microwave, Refrigerator and Oven. I have a kitchen full of utensils and pots/pans that can be used.
There is security cameras in place to provide security and is accessible through the home network for your viewing.
