Looking ahead for a possible future move, likely December or later. Interested in a safe, practical small-home or land option, preferably outside Ohio but within driving distance of central Ohio.
I’m looking for leads on a small home, modest existing home, cabin, modular/manufactured home setup, or land that could work for a small home.
Open to areas in Kentucky, West Virginia, Indiana, Tennessee, or nearby areas.
Prefer:
• utilities available or already connected
• safe/legal setup
• not completely remote or off-grid
• reasonable distance to stores, work options, and community
• a few acres if possible
• some space, but still near people/community
• friendly neighbors or a friendly community of neighbors would be a plus
• open to shared-property situations if it is a good fit
• owner-finance, rent-to-own, rental with option to buy, realtor/builder/land leads also welcome
I’m looking for a safe, practical housing/property setup for myself, with my kids with me part-time. This is strictly a housing/property search, not anything romantic.
Nothing is immediate. I’m just gathering possible leads and information right now.
