• Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners
• Use smartphone technology to manage scheduling, job documentation, and service updates
• Follow a consistent and organized service process
• Uphold the companys high standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent
