Part time handyperson. 20-30 hrs/week, weekends and nights okay. Long term position. Minimum of 10 years experience. Apartment maintenance and renovation. Qualified candidate will have a broad range of skill sets across various building trades: drywall hanging, finishing, painting, hardwood floors, rough and finish carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc. Must be able to pass a full background check
