How to Set Your Combination
To set a new combination, you will need the reset tool (a small metal key) that is included in the original packaging.
Open the lock: If it's brand new, use the factory preset combination 0-0-0-0. Align the numbers with the indicator line, depress the shackle, and then pull it open.
Insert the reset tool: Locate the small hole on the side of the lock body. Insert the reset tool into this hole.
Engage the reset mode: Push the tool in firmly and turn it 90° in either direction. The tool will stay in this position automatically.
Set your code: Rotate the dials to your desired 4-digit combination.
Finalize: Turn the reset tool back to its original position and remove it. Your new combination is now set.
Test: Scramble the dials to lock it, then enter your new code and depress the shackle to ensure it opens correctly.
