Looking for a 2-3 bedroom house or apartment that allows pets.
Single mom, 3 kids, 1 dog 1 cat.
I am a student and pay rent ahead of time. I do not use any sort of drugs, non smoker, non drinker, I keep to myself no friends or parties.
Rent must be $850 or lower.
Im not picky about the side of town, I just need a functioning home.
We are leaving an abusive situation and options are very limited.
I need a private landlord who will talk to me and give me a chance, I cannot deal with losing more money to application fees and competing with a million people for a property. I never get the fees back, and someone else always gets approved before me leaving me with no options. I currently live in a rent to own that has no kitchen , and still can barely afford it on my own. I currently pay $1,200 in rent/mortgage as it is, not including utilities, and home insurance. I can 110% afford rent under $850, i could negotiate a slightly higher rent if I need to - but to ensure I can actually carry the weight on my own I am aiming lower so I dont bite off more than I can chew.
