This is great for smaller spaces. The table comes with 2 chairs, but there is room for 4. There are 6 tiles that are cracked on the table top, but they don't impact anything. You could change the tiles out if desired. They are fixed to the table, so they won't fall out. 2 of the spindles on one chair were cracked and glued and haven't been a problem since. The table is 35" deep, 35" wide, and 29 1/2" tall. The chairs are 17" deep, 17 1/2" wide, 18" tall to the top of the seat, and 37" tall to the top of the back. Delivery may be available. $60
