I have 3 (1 3bedroom/2bath, two 2 bedroom) cottages directly on Round Lake for rent. All cottages come fully equipped for all your needs except that you need to bring your own sheets and towels. Each cottage has either a patio or balcony overlooking the lake with BBQ and patio furntiure (the 3 bedroom has a 12*30 cement patio with patio furniture for 8).

Round Lake is a 550 "all sports" lake that is great for all boating activities, fishing and swimming. The lake bottom at my shoreline is good for swimming. You will have shared use of a rowboat and paddleboat. Dock space available for your own boat, or a pontoon boat is available for $500/week.

The 3 Bedroom cottage has 2 bathrooms and has a queen bed in 2 bedrooms, with two twins in the third. It has a nice sized living room, and a nice eat in kitchen. It is about 1100 square feet. It can easily accomadate a family with 4 kids, or two small families. This cottage is "free standing".

The 2 bedroom cottages have a queen bed in one bedroom and two twins in the other, as well as a pull out couch in the living room. The smaller bedroom is best suited for kids as it is not totally private. These cottages are best suited for a family of 4 or 5(though it will sleep 6). These cottages are part of a upper/lower duplex. Both cottages are seperate and private. The "lower" unit has slightly less living space due to the mechanical room. The 3 bedroom is booked until late August at $925/week, the two bedrooms are booked at $850 and $775.

About Our Home

Our Home is a beautiful vacation villa located just minutes from Disney and other local theme parks.

This home is in a beautiful community that has a play ground, tennis courts, basketball court, and a pool. Santana Place is a 4 bedroom with 1 Master suite, 1 Full bedroom & 2 rooms with 2 twin beds. 2 full bathrooms, with plenty of towels. Master bath has a large walk in shower and exterior door for easy access to pool. All 4 bedrooms have TV's, 1 twin room has a PlayStation1 with games.

Eat- In- Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, toaster, blender, pot/ pans, dishes and everything you would need. The dining room is beautifully decorated with a large table. Family room has a 50� Wide screen television with digital cable with many channels, DVD player and many movies For the kids and adults to enjoy, there are no movies above the pg13 rating. There are many board games. There is High Speed wireless Internet Service free of charge. Telephone with voicemail is available for All Local And Long Distance Calls within the United States at No Extra Charge. There is a washer and dryer to keep up with clean laundry and to always have dry towels.

In the backyard there is an over sized screened in Heated Pool with a large patio with a lanai to enjoy the outdoors even when it is raining. Outdoor furniture has a table with 4 padded seats. There are also 4 padded lounge chairs to lie and enjoy the Florida sun.

Many stores close by like Wal-Mart, Publix, and restaurants. Interstate 4 is only minutes south for quick access to Disney, Universal, Sea World and other local attractions. For those that like to golf there is a Golf course within 5 minutes. Our fully furnished home awaits you.

this newly remodeled 2 br lakefront cottage is on a small lake with no public access. there are only 23 cottages on this quiet lake and it has the best swimming and fishing in michigan. half of the lake is owned by a farmer who hasn't farmed his property in years so it has gone back to nature with trees, brush, lilly pads, and lots of wildlife. so there is a large natural rustic shoreline perfect for catching that trophy bass. last week i caught several bass off my dock in the few minutes left of light as i watched the sunset.the sunsets on the other side of the lake with the natural shoreline and it produces colors that i didn't even know existed.there is a hard sandy bottom in front of this cottage that goes out gradually for great swimming. this is not a cottage that we rent for a profit, but our second home that we rent a couple of times a year to help with expenses. if you would like a quiet week of family fun this is the place for you, if you want a week of partying look somewhere else.we would like to rent this cottage

A Cabin on Nevins Lake is located between Grand Marais and Munising near the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore in Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
Surrounded by the Lake Superior State Forest and near the Kingston Plains and the Fox River, the rental cabin is situated in a perfect four seasons recreational area.

This cozy newly constructed lake front loft style cabin is situated above the heated garage nestled in a wooded setting. The large one bedroom cabin sleeps 4 people comfortably and can accommodate up to 6 people. There are 2 full size beds and 2 twin beds in the bedroom. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa with a glass door wood-burning fireplace, satellite TV with DVD 5 disc player and theater speaker system.

The Cabin on Nevins Lake has direct access to snowmobile and ATV trails right from the cabin door. Snowmobile trails connect with the trail system that leads throughout the Upper Peninsula. Snowmobile rentals in Munising and Grand Marais. Off trail riding in deep powder can be experienced in the Kingston Plains for some outstanding back country riding in deep snow. Snowmobile rental is available in Munising, Grand Marais and Seney. Cross country skiing or snow shoeing can be enjoyed right from the cabin door on back roads & track trails around Nevins Lake.

The Cabin on Nevins Lake is only about 20-25 minutes from Grand Marais and Munising where you will find shopping, gift stores, restaurants, and an entrance to the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. The Munising area offers a Tour of the Pictured Rocks, or the Glass Bottomed Boat Shipwreck Tour, scuba diving in the Alger Underwater Preserve, and charter fishing on Lake Superior or the inland lakes and streams. The Seney National Wildlife Refuge is just south of the cabin or you can visit the Kewadin Casino in Christmas, just west of Munising. Many waterfalls to explore and there are a few lighthouses to see. Au Sable Lighthouse in the Pictured Rocks and Seul Choix Lighthouse in Gulliver are open to the public.

A Cabin on Nevins Lake has easy access to trail #8 and the Adams Trail.

Lush green space surrounds this second floor, end unit of this elevator building. Possum Trot Golf Course is on one side. Central Park, the city park, with 6 athletic fields, sheltered picnic and grill out areas, playgrounds, gymnasium, outdoor basketball courts and tennis courts in front and Beechwood Golf Course borders on the East.

Crescent Beach (part of North Myrtle Beach) is only .5 mile away and it is only .5 mile to the inland waterway.

Great entertainment, great shopping is only 10 minutes away at Barefoot Landing. The town of Calabash is only 20 minutes with many authentic seafood restaurants.

Pool and whirlpool right out the door.

We have condos in the Orlando, Kissimmee area that we are not using this year. You would get 8 days and 7 nights.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ATTEND A PRESENTATION!

Must choose a travel date in the next 45 days from when you contact me.

Check in date would be on a Friday or Sat and check out would be on the following Friday or Sat, usually by 10 or 11 in the am.

Most of them are 1 bedroom, 1 bath, with kitchen (Full or Partial-partial just does not have the oven) and almost all have laundry. We might be able to get a two bedroom if you need one. Most of our condos are for 4 people- but we can try and trade up for a 6 person. We own a Time share and are very flexible, we just want someone to use it.

If you are seriously interested we would need $200 when we book your condo and $200 more when we get you the confirmed paperwork, usually only takes 5 business day for them to mail us the details. We can type up a binding agreement, and both sign this agreement after we figure out all the details. Also let us know where you plan on going and doing and we can get you a condo close to that attraction, or get you a resort that has activities you will enjoy.

You will need a valid credit card or cash for a deposit upon your arrival at the resort. You will not owe anything, it is just a security deposit for damages. I will let you know how much after booking (each resort is different). Most resorts will offer you money or attraction tickets to attend a Time share presentation-YOU DO NOT HAVE TO! We own, they will not force you to do it. Just decline, or if you want some free stuff, go ahead and do it.
