My wife and I bought this older 12 X 43 mobile home in 2003. I am an accomplished carpenter and I stripped the interior down to the studs and rebuilt it completely; new drywall, wiring, insulation, plumbing, floors, windows, etc., and installed a custom built kitchen with cherry trim. I also installed central air. The home has a 10 X 20 attached screen room and an 8 X 10 shed. The mobile is in a small (13 lot) park on Lake Josephine (http://www.floridafishinglakes.net/highlands_county_fishing.html) in Highlands County (http://highlands-county.com/). The park is 55+, no pets. There is a small motel on the premises, very convenient if you should have extra visitors. This is primarily a snowbird park and the Sebring area is not crowded the way both coasts have become. We are less than 2 hours from Orlando, Lakeland, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Atlantic Ocean.
I have recently built a home on the opposite side of the lake, so the mobile is now empty and waiting for a new owner.

Each bedroom has a queen and twin bed, sleeps 6, there is a tv and wifi available in the living room. Also includes a larage open kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, mircowave, and oven. The balcany looks over the golf course and you can see a beautiful one of a kind sunset.

Each year millions are drawn to the area for swimming, sunning, boating, shelling and golfing . We are located just miles/minutes from 'downtown' Myrtle Beach.

We are appoxmently 24 miles from myrtle beach international airport.
