2 bedroom furnished apartment. I need a subleaser because i'm moving out of town. each room comes with two twin beds, two desks, a dresser, a nightstand, and a huge clothset. the rent ends up being $300/ month, gas, water, and trash removal are billed through the rental company and electric is seperate.
