We are looking for someone to sub-lease our two-bedroom apartment. It's a one-level building (no stairs), and it has a full kitchen (not galley style) and a separate laundry/utility room. It's conveniently located near Owens Community College on the corner of Oregon Road and 795. All of the flooring was new when we moved in, and is still in virtually the same condition.
We will leave our washer and dryer, and some of the other furnishings may be negotiated for as well. We will also allow the sub-lease holder to retain our security deposit ($350) and we will cover the one time $100 sublease fee.
Cost is $475/month + utilities (electric and water)
Lease ends May 1st and can be renewed after that.
