1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom apt complex(The Enclave 2). 1 other roommate- your on separate leases, very nice and quiet and easy to live with. Spacious private bathroom. Spacious living area. Very quiet and peaceful living area. Convenient parking,Apartment comes with washer and dryer and dishwasher.Very clean and homey. Only pay rent,gas, electric (apt is very energy efficient). Rent is $259 utilities are split in half with other roommate(never total more that $45). $200 Deposit and you have to go through the leasing office as far as payments and such. Lease is over in August 2010. Located in Bowling Green Ohio, near BGSU off of Napolean and Klotz Rd. Daily shuttle to and from campus(no cost), Game room, study lounge, fitness center, pool and jacuzzi. I need to move back home as soon as possible.
