I am looking for two people to take over my lease starting in January 2010 earlier is possible too. The lease goes through to August 2010 but it would be possible to sign on for longer with the rental company at that time.
The apartment is located at Lake of the Woods, in Sylvania Township, and is within Sylvania School district and taxes. Very close to I-75, and other major shopping areas. The area is very safe and quiet perfect for students of UT or UT-MUO or families.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, large kitchen, dining room, living room, dishwasher, large walk-in closets, washer and dryer (INCLUDES WASHER AND DRYER). It is on the second floor.
The unit has AC/Central Heat and is pet friendly. There is plenty of parking. There is a pool and pond.
Cable and internet are not provided but hookups are available.
All utilities are paid separate by renter.
Great landlord, excellent fast maintenance.
