One bedroom apartment close to campus, looking for someone to sublease the apartment. Descent size apartment with a walk-in closet. Cable and internet provided, no pets allowed. In walking distance to campus, about a five minute walk. A code is provided for your own apartment so that you only have one key to get into the building and one key to the mailbox. Only utilities to pay are gas and electricity. Lease is over in August 2010, free tanning comes with the lease. Need a subleaser ASAP.
