Very quiet and peaceful living area. Convenient parking,Apartment comes with washer and dryer and dishwasher.Very clean and homey. Only pay rent,gas, electric (apt is very energy efficient). Rent is $259 utilities are split in half with other roommate(never total more that $45). Lease is over in August 2010. Can make arrangements to accommodate any time frame needed.
