The Run-Down.
You would be living at 318 Palmer Ave. Apartment #4.
2.5 blocks to Taco Bell
2.5 blocks to Main St.
3 blocks to Campus.
If you live here you will have very inexpensive rent. $260/month + electricity. I don't know if you can find a deal much better than this. The room mate is a very nice guy that keeps to himself most of the time, but can easily be spurred up in conversation if you want someone to chat with. He is a wonderful conversationalist, gets along with just about everyone, and he is very respectable of your space. He doesn't like to decorate all that much, so basically your room and the common area can be completely taken over by you, that's what I did.
If you decide to live here I will help you move in, I have a truck and would be more than happy to do that for you. Also, there is a free case of red bull that you can decide to take or leave, my friend is the campus rep, and he wanted to provide an incentive for anyone who wanted to live here. Additionally, the carpet was just re carpeted, their IS a dishwasher, and your room will have a view of the pool that you will have access to come Spring time. Also there are laundry facilities just a couple steps away, and there is free garbage and recyclable removal. One last thing, if you are a student without a car, there is a shuttle that runs every 15 minutes or faster that you can take advantage of. The drivers are really nice.
You would be available to move in at anytime and this is for whenever you move in until May, so the latest to move in would be January.
