I am a (female) medical student at the University of Toledo, and I own a home in Toledo, near UTMC (Health Science Campus).
Currently, I am looking for a female to rent one of the rooms. The room is equipped with a double bed, bedside table/lamp, clock-radio, empty desk, and closet. I am looking for someone responsible (no drugs), non-smoker, occasional drinker fine, no big parties (small get-togethers great). I am asking $375 per month, which includes utilities.
The house is a 2 bedroom (and 3rd room second-floor loft), with a furnished living room, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in basement, and large backyard in a very safe neighborhood (I've lived there alone as a single woman for 2 years). There is a very long driveway for parking cars, where no other vehicles or people would be around.
You use kitchen/living/bathroom area and all contents. If you would like to bring your stuff to use in the house, feel free. If you would like to store YOUR stuff, you are also welcome to store your stuff in the basement.

For one person rent is $290 plus roughly $50-80 in utilities monthly, though those can vary. I say 1-2, since the bedrooms are huge and include walk-in closets. If a couple (or two close friends who don't mind sharing a bedroom) were to move in, it would be $190 per person plus 1/3 of utilities.

Within a few minutes walk of BGSU and a few minutes from 75. The sublease would start Dec 18-May 14, and if we all get along, there would be an option to sign another year lease.

I am located with-in 5 mintues of the Univeristy of Toledo, Franklin Park Mall, with-in 8 minuts of Owens Community College (where I go to school) and less than 2 minutes from 75 north and south and 475 interstates.

I do have a dog, who is very friendly and only has access to the L.R. and the rest of the downstairs. The bedrooms, bathroom and office are loacted upstairs.

I do keep a clean house and enjoy doing most of the house work. I also have no problems doing all of the yard work. My home is fully furnished but I have no problems changing things out if you have items that you are fond of and would like to have in the home. The bedroom is not furnished. Resnt for the home is $250.00 That is less than half of the morgatge payment. Bills run on average of $190.00 a month, that includes gas, eletric, cable, and internet.
