I am trying to move out of state to go to school and need someone to take over my 12 month lease. You can bring 3 other roommates to move into an apt with you or be matched up with 3 other roommates based on your prefences. They only untilties you have to pay is gas, electric, and cable spilt between 4 people averaging about $40 a month or less. Also has a work-out facility, 2 resort style pools and free internet in every bedroom. I need to know ASAP.
