Robert Brundage, an older white gentleman, was punched in the head and left for dead, his bicycle stolen by a 15 year black thug about 6:30 pm, June 22 in Toledo, Ohio. He remains in critical condition and his outcome unpredictable.

What was predictable was the enabling, liberal response:

"Mayor Carty Finkbeiner, who organized the vigil, said that the man affectionately known as "Dr. Bob" would have asked people to pray for young Jemison and to understand that "he had a bad moment, and we all have bad moments in our lives." - Vigil praises Brundage as indelible influence

The best thing for the jaded Jemison (and others like him) is to see serious consequences for criminal actions! Even if they fail to learn, at least they should be behind bars like the brute beasts they prove themselves to be.

How long will this pattern of Black on White violence continue? How long will White people ignore or downplay it, exercising a racist double standard? We must demand an end to the socially acceptable, politically correct, hatred, discrimination, racism - against whites. If the roles were reversed there would be self-righteous marches, banners, hordes of smug ministers, etc. Even though the Black community has a terrible record for siding with liars and criminals, turning them into victims and martyrs instead of taking them to task - whether it's Tawana Brawley, Crystal Gail Mangum (the Black stripper who falsely accused Duke students of rape), the Jena 6 savages or are simply guilty of hypocrisy for turning a blind eye to barbaric murders Blacks disproportionately commit against people of white color, like Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom. You only need to anger someone to the point were they pick up the phone and make accusations. After that, the person that makes the accusations is out of the loop. And heres how I've seen it. An overpaid power hunger government employee with the ability to micromanage someones life come knocking on the door. And from that point on the person whom is accused is guilty until they prove themselves innocent. And, to top it off, they hold the biggest, most loved possession out as a negotiating chip. "If I dont like you, I will take your child.".

The truth is... these people who initiate these bogus claims that have CSB running day after day after day should be held accountable. I would guess to say that a CSB investigator would be human and perceive they are SAVING someone. I would also bet that for every family CSB has saved they have screwed a family because of a false report. It is a fact that being accused is often perceived as being guity and finally being caught. Thats the mentality these investigators have. I would be held accountable if I made a false police report. These people are protected. Why, heres why. Without the huge numbers of complaints CSB would lose funding. Simple as that. Follow the money.

My conclusion to the original poster. Pick the people you associate with wisely. Keep your nose clean. Get this mess resolved and move far far away from LUCAS COUNTY. Because if you dont this is the type of government employee you will always run into. Read your local paper and look at the head of your local government. They never do anything wrong. Just listen to the arrogance from a CSB employee. Its classic government is never wrong.

Now, Im guessing the CSB poster believes you are in the wrong just because you had the nerve to publicly point out a flawed mismanaged agency. But I didnt see any ability for the CSB employee to admit there are some shortcomings and possibly your claim could be true. This must be the only PRIVATE or PUBLIC organization in the history of the world to be run perfectly.

Just so you know, I have raised three kids, my oldest is 20 and my youngest is 14. I have never had a run in with CSB. And, the front man of this agency is so misleading, he is soft spoken, Dean Sparks. And I never will as I migrated across the michigan border into bedford township were taxes are lower, government interference is less likely, yet I am close enough to literally laugh and get ammusement from these little people. None of us are perfect but unlike government employees we are out here in the real world loving our kids and dealing with making ends meet and hoping some day to retire and have health insurance. Just a few of the things government employees have as a basic entitlement because I have so diligently paid my taxes all these years.

In close, I don't know if you have done wrong. If you are a bad parent. If the safety of your children is at stake, my belief is that if you are wrong, sometime, someday you will have to answer to one person where it will matter. Ask Michael Jackson.

Thats to many times. Mind you I'm a really good mother, and my fiance is an amazing father, he's a very hard working, dedicated, focused and does everything he can to support our son and I both. I had to send my daughter down to Louisian early due to all of these CSB visits. Now thanks to the former friend we have an open case with CSB because the friend at the time attempted suicide twice in front of me and his case worker felt it was a danger to have myself and my baby around him or anywhere near him, and had CSB called on me to check out the situation. TOld me if I brought my son around our former friend that he would be placed into state foster care. I have had multiple threats like these because people can't keep their noses out of our personal lives. I do not abuse, neglect or do drugs or give him any unless prescribed. If prescribed I follow directions only. We had to leave our son with a friend of the family for almost 5 dys while we looked for a place to live so as to not be placed into foster care through the state. On top of that I was told how to be a mother and still am today. I've raised a little girl to the age of 6 and she is perfect!. I dont think I'm a bad mother. She had turned out great so far. She's in the hands of her father right now. My sons dad I"m with and he is very well taken care of . NO one watches him but me or him, he is NOT neglected, or abused in anyway. I trusted CSB that they would help us but all they have done is insult us and our way or raising our son. I have not had a chance to really really be able to relax and be a mom because SOMEONE will take one look at me think I'm a bad mom and call CSB on me and make false accusations. I was told I just left my baby in dirty diapers, that I fed him empty bottles wtih no formula, and that I threw my baby in the air. C'mon people. GET a life and find someone else in this world who really deserves these accusations. There should be a law against false accusations. We have been nothing but harrassed by CSB and the people who accused us. This had caused us to trust NO one. SO just some advice I dont care how close you think you may be to someone. DO NOT fully trust that you are safe or that your kids are safe. ONE slip up, ONE thing they may dissagree on your parenting, CSB will be knocking at your door. The last accusation I got was that I gave my son to much prescription tylonol, which was suggested I do as needed by his doctor while he is teething. I drove my car (with my Beyond Babylon signs on it) to the site where Vice President Joe Biden was to speak in Perrysburg, Ohio and found most of the protesters were children, literally, holding signs in the very hot sun (I was reassured they were well hydrated). I'm not sure what their protest was about (if one of their leaders reads this, contact and let me know and I'll update this information).

After listening to some news reporter briefly interview Jon Stainbrook (chairman of the Lucas County Republican Party) about how he was passing out candles since Obama's energy plan will leave us in the dark, I handed them both one of my Beyond Babylon cards and said I was hoping Vice President Biden would shed some light on Obama's Birth Certificate since Obama has kept America in the dark about it and fails to open up with the American people and be transparent with his records.

Mr. Stainbrook sort of laughed and groaned, "Oh, no...not this again." To which I quickly replied, "Why? It's important and a Constitutional requirement for our president to be a natural born citizen. This Constitutional issue needs to be seriously addressed." He then sounded more conciliatory and said "Cheney's hunting friend is supposed to review it." I said it should've all been reviewed a long time ago. I believe Mr. Stainbrook was referring to Judge Scalia who informed Attorney Orly Taitz: "You need 4 votes for Obama eligibility case," as reported by WND.com.

Last but not least, I noticed some Arab-looking protesters, so I asked them what their signs and protest were all about and quickly discovered they were Iranians (not Arabs) and were grieved over the recent murder of a young lady named Neda - apparently by Iran's ruthless secret police. I told them I hope the best for Iran and Iranians and pray Iran becomes friendly to Jews and Israel like their ancient king Cyrus (who encouraged the Jews to return to Zion and build the Temple), and asked them how they pronounced his name in Farsi, which they shared with me.

Take a look around you a see if you can see these things in people you know or work with. These things are running wild in our society today. What is causing this to happen? Why are people complacent and why are others apathetic? I ask you why would people not be this way? Just look around at all the people in this society who are taking a free ride, look at my neighbor who has the ability to work, however, chooses not to. He is not rich as a matter of fact he and his family live off the government and depend on welfare for their housing, to pay their bills, and for their food. Granted he has a “little voice” in his head that talks to him, but, he refuses to go get and help for it. Of all the things he could and should get from the government, for free, he refuses to do so because then he may have to go to work. There is something very wrong here, yea he takes food, rent, money for bills, but he will not take help for his ailment. This makes me so angry, I work hard, I pay a mortgage, I struggle to make sure my bills are paid and that there is food on the table. I get paid every two-weeks and by the time I pay the mortgage, buy a little food, and pay the bills, I very little left over. I have been on anti-depressants because I feel that I am not doing everything I can for my family, I have Christmas coming up and wonder where I am going to get the money to buy presents for my children. You know my wife and I do not buy each other presents because we just cannot afford it.

The really crazy thing about this story is that I make $25 too much per month to qualify for any of the services my neighbor is on. I work my rear off, and my neighbor sleeps all day, wanders around in the alley at night, probably looking for things to take to sell for money, and I make too much. So the tax dollars I pay from my paycheck, pays my neighbors way in life, when if fact I need those dollars to support my family. Please explain to me where, in our history, that became fair! Why should I work to support someone who refuses to seek help just because he likes getting a free ride?

When this family moved into this house next to mine, he promptly started stealing cinder blocks from my cinder block fence. He also asked me if he could have an old broken ari conditioner I had in my backyard and I told him sure, just come by and I will get it for you. Well he never came by to the air conditioner, he waited until I went on a family vacation and jumped my fence and then got it. I confronted him about jumping my fence while I was gone, that did not make me very happy, and he even admitted to it. But now ever since that incident he call me names, he flips me off, he even calls my daughter (who is seven) a F***king Wh*re, I have had to call the police on him three times this year for things he does just to try to get under my skin.

But no matter what I say or do I AM THE BAD GUY here. Seems society thinks “poor little man, who has this problem and cannot hold a job (probably never has wanted to), you are treating him bad”. Well damn-it society! What about me, have we all lost our ever loving minds and just said “We have to take care of these people or else”! My god folks look around to what is happening here, you are being taken advantage of! The government programs have you thinking that you are a bad person if you speak out against them trying to help someone else, shame! on! you! for wanting to keep more of your money so you can actually have a life and enjoy your retirement at some point in your life. Shame! Shame! Shame!

Do you think we are becoming Apathetic? This goes way beyond complacency, are we getting to where we just turn a blind eye to this? Let me share something with you, something Alexander Tyler wrote in 1787:

Professor Joseph Olson of Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota, points out some interesting facts concerning the 2000 Presidential election:

Number of States won by: Gore: 19; Bush: 29

Square miles of land won by: Gore: 580,000; Bush: 2,427,000

Population of counties won by: Gore: 127 million; Bush: 143 million

Murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by: Gore: 13.2; Bush: 2.1

Professor Olson adds: “In aggregate, the map of the territory Bush won was mostly the land owned by the taxpaying citizens of this great country.

Gore’s territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in government-owned tenements and living off various forms of government welfare…”

Olson believes the United States is now somewhere between the “complacency and apathy” phase of Professor Tyler’s definition of democracy, with some 40 percent of the nation’s population already having reached the governmental dependency” phase.

If Congress grants amnesty and citizenship to twenty million criminal invaders called illegals and they vote, then we can say goodbye to the USA in fewer than five years.

The original Worldwide Church of God (WCG) taught the biblical baptism of full immersion in water, followed by the laying on of hands to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. It is not to be confused with the apostate Tkachite group today that shamefully returned to Egypt, to Babylon's traditional vomit, after the death of Herbert W. Armstrong and who recently changed their name to Grace Communion International. It's appropriate they no longer refer to themselves as the Church of God, considering the overwhelming evidence against them, documented within Raising the Ruins by Stephen Flurry.

Some refer to initial conversion as our "first love," sort of like a honeymoon, that eventually wears off. We're supposed to "count the cost" before baptism, understanding we're in this for the long haul, that conversion is a life-long process, that there's no turning back, so help us God.

I've had my ups and down during this conversion process, this spiritual obstacle course and religious marathon, exhilarating successes and miserable failures during this wilderness trek, but continue on, trusting in the tender mercies of God to finish what He's graciously started within me: the development of holy, righteous character to be completed at the First Resurrection, when the saints will be born again - literally transformed from human to divine, from flesh and blood to holy Spirit!

This exchange appeared in The Jewish Voice and Opinion magazine, May 2009, in reference to two full page ads that I, David Ben-Ariel, bought and paid for in full (January and April issues) - not any group or organization! I sincerely hope that "Yitzchok Dovid Smith" knows more about Judaism than he does about Herbert W. Armstrong and the offshoots of the Worldwide Church of God, as those who are knowledgeable about Mr. Armstrong and those associated with him, having read or are familiar with his former magazine The Plain Truth, know that we are not antisemitic in any manner, shape or form and to attempt to discredit us by a faulty connection to some who are is as deceptive as linking all Jews with Bolshevism or other godless movements! Mr. Armstrong was well known in Israel among the leadership for years, even honored in Jerusalem many times, and met every prime minister from Golda Meir on until his death in 1986. Ambassador College (Pasadena, California) worked with Hebrew University on many archaeological digs and Liberty Bell Park in Jerusalem honors Herbert W. Armstrong to this day with a monument. Furthermore, I am not a member of any "Christian evangelical group" and neither Herbert W. Armstrong or offshoots of the Sabbath-keeping Worldwide Church of God have anything to do with traditional Christianity, which we consider baptized paganism: the Babylonian Mystery religion in Christian drag!

My two full page ads (they were my ads, representing my politico-religious concerns for Israel in light of the pope's campaign to undermine Israeli sovereignty over Jerusalem, Europe's new crusade) in The Jewish Voice and Opinion were not deceptive in the least, as I have always focused on where I agree with Jews, as Torah-observant Jews can testify who have known me for years, like Gershon Salomon, chairman of the Temple Mount Faithful, and Ze'ev Bar-Tov; Aryeh Gallin, President of Root and Branch Association; Attorney Howard Grief; rabbis Yehoshua Friedman and Avraham Feld; Yair Davidiy of Brit Am Yisrael; Barry Chamish, etc.

Last but not least, my legal name is David Ben-Ariel. Again, nothing deceptive. Just the plain truth!

And as for a national vote???? Sure that will settle the problem..not... if it passes new problems will emerge. If it fails, the illegal use will still continue. Either way, it will probably go up for vote after vote after vote anyway and constantly change.
An important point to note, is how will employers know if someone in under the influence when they report for work. Do we drug test everyone before their shift? I know you will think this is another ridiculous remark, but honestly think about the impact. Already companies can be held liable or the illegal actions of their employees. If someone injures of kills someone in an accident and they are under the influence of alcohol or marijuana, how much would companies be liable and how much of our civil rights should we leave at the door to prevent that?
Until people learn to engage in responsible actions, we as a society need to enact laws to protect ourselves. No law or lack thereof will enable us to do this because it is still a matter of choice to follow or break them.
