I expect the same in a roommmate. I will only need to split a house for a year and then I will buy my own house. I just need a room , laundry, cooking privelege's and a place to park my car. I do smoke, but only outside, even in Phoenix at 116 degrees, I would smoke outside. I don't carry it in and wear cologne (not old spice) and chew gum or mints. I am not opposed to help mowing the lawn, or washing windows and helping around the house. I am not a mind reader, so you would have to keep a list out there.
