The reason we are leaving is due to noisy neighbors and just plain high rent! We dont mind paying for a great place, but the current
place we live in has changed in the last four years.

Here is what we are looking for:

1. We have 4 cats, all well behaved
2. I need a 2bd place
3. I am open to apartments, but would give preference to a house or duplex.
4. Reasonable rent (less than $550)
5. Clean location, caring owners, great neighborhood (prefer private ownership properties)
6. As with everyone, cash is tight so a reasonable deposit is ok, or if your willing to break it up over a month or two would be great!

SO ME AND A BUDDY WENT A CLEANED THE APARTMENT TOP TO BOTTOM. I SWEAR THEY COULD HAVE MOVED SOMEONE IN THE NEXT DAY...THAT HOW CLEAN IT WAS. SO I GET A CHECK IN THE MAIL A MONTH LATER FOR 230.00. WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN, MY ORGINAL LEASE STATED THAT I JUST NEEDED TO MAKE SURE THE APT WAS CLEAN WITH SOME WEAR AND TEAR. I CALLED THE OFFICE AND SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY IMPLEMTED SOME NEW POLICY FOR MOVE-OUTS THAT THE LEASING AGENT DID NOT SHARE WITH ME. THEY CHARGE 100.00 FOR CARPET (DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU CLEAN IT OR NOT) 30.00 (FOR THE STOVE) 20.00 (FOR BLINDS AND LIGHT BULBS).

SO I ASKED HER...IN MY LEASE IT DOES NOT STATE THAT. SHE REPLIED WITH WELL THAT'S THE NEW POLICY...AND THE CHARGE ARE VALID.
I COULD GO ON AND ON ABOUT THIS MESS. AND I WARNED HER THAT I WOULD BE TELLING MY FRIENDS, FAMILY, ASSOCIATES ABOUT HOW HUNTER'S RIDGE DOES BUSINESS....I WORK TOO MUCH TO GO TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT ABOUT 200.00. BUT I WILL TELL THE WORLD ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE.

GOOD LUCK. AND KNOW THAT WHATEVER YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT IS WHE YOU MOVE IN... WILL NOT BE WHAT YOU RECIEVE WHEN YOU MOVE OUT.
