Hi- I am looking for a small rental house 2-3 bedrooms, basement between $600-800. I am a registered nurse with one 18yr old son about to start college, a tiny dog ( 8 lbs) and a kitty. I have a bring home monthly income of about $2800 but due to a break-up, I was stuck paying for my house by myself and the payment is $1600 a month which I can't afford and now I am being foreclosed. Therefore, I need a place based on income and employment instead of credit. I had really good credit until all this. I do have 2 previous landlords in Toledo that can give me a good reference as a renter. Can anyone take a chance on me and help me out??
