The Accountant also maintains the fixed asset records for each assigned facility for book, tax and reimbursement ledgers, archives invoices and assigns appropriate lives for each asset within a depreciation system. This position may be expected to coordinate and/or assist senior staff in preparing required information, including tax information and returns, for payroll, income, property, sales and use taxes.


Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required. Strong computer skills, ability to develop, maintain and refine spreadsheets; experience in Microsoft Office applications required. Past experience with an automated general ledger preferred. Must be able to prioritize, complete tasks in a timely manner and work effectively with minimal supervision. Some travel required.
